Welcome to QuantumX. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
1. Services Offered
QuantumX offers digital services including but not limited to:
Website Design & Development
App Design & Development
Branding & UI/UX
Digital Marketing (SEO, Social Media, Paid Ads)
Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs are outlined in each client’s custom proposal or service agreement.
2. Payment Terms
All projects require an upfront payment as agreed in the proposal. Remaining payments are due on milestone completion or final delivery. Late payments may attract a 5% monthly penalty. No refunds will be issued once work has started, unless explicitly stated.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to,
Provide timely access to content, brand assets, and feedback.
Respond to communication within 48 hours to avoid delays.
Ensure all materials shared with QuantumX do not infringe on any third-party rights.
4. Revisions & Modifications
All projects include limited revisions (as stated in the proposal). Additional revisions beyond the limit will incur extra charges. Change requests post-approval of a phase may require timeline and cost adjustments.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables. QuantumX retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information (business strategies, internal data, etc.) strictly private and not to disclose to any third party without written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
QuantumX will not be liable for: Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Loss of revenue due to third-party hosting issues, ad platform errors, or misuse of the product. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid by the client in the last 30 days.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with 7 days' written notice. In the event of termination: Work completed up to the termination point will be billed. Advance payments will not be refunded unless mutually agreed.
9. Third Party Services
We may use third-party tools (e.g., hosting, analytics, plugins). QuantumX is not liable for outages or issues arising from those platforms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of [Your City, e.g., Bengaluru].
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
